Ordered this kit and shortly after received an email from the owner stating that he would be able to hand deliver the product the same day, due to being in close proximity. He also brought his drill and 3/4 step drill bit and bored out the firewall for me, along with providing tips for install. Incredible commitment to the product and customer service.
