Orders

We maintain inventory of all products unless otherwise indicated on the product detail page.  We do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days of receipt.  And if for some reason your order will be delayed you will receive an email notification.

Shipping

Generally all domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail so you will receive your order within 2-3 days.  A few of the smaller items ship via First Class Mail.  All 4-tire air system package deals (i.e. with compressor) ship as two separate shipments.  The 4-tire air system itself ships via USPS Priority Mail and the compressor ships via FedEx.  Typically both items will be received within 2-3 days.  Tracking is provided for all shipments.

We do ship internationally and if no shipping rate is provided, just drop us an email (info@innovativeatproducts.com) and we can get you a quote for the least expensive and most efficient option.  Rates vary significantly based on location so the preset shipping costs are our best estimate.  At the time of shipping if we find a cheaper option, rest assured we will refund the difference you paid for shipping.
